Help with the till, kitchen screens, printers and your account.
Set up a till or kitchen screen
- Sign in to the Qavyo back office as the owner or a manager.
- Open Settings → POS Terminals, choose POS terminal or Kitchen screen, name it and press Create code.
- Open Qavyo POS or Qavyo KDS on the device and type the 8-digit code. The device stays signed in from then on.
When the internet drops
- Qavyo POS keeps selling, prints kitchen tickets itself and syncs when the connection is back.
- Kitchen screens on the same Wi-Fi keep showing new orders from the till, and their Start, Ready and Bump presses sync later.
- A kitchen screen must have been online once after pairing before it can read the till offline.
Printers
Printers are added in the back office under Settings → Printing. Network printers need a fixed IP address on the shop Wi-Fi; Bluetooth printers are paired from the till’s Printers screen.
