Delete your data
How to close a Qavyo account or have your personal data deleted.
If you own a business on Qavyo
- Send the request below from the email address on the account, or email ashraful@qavyo.com.
- We confirm it is you, then close the account and delete or anonymise its data within 90 days.
- Sales, payment and payroll records the law says you must keep are kept only for that period, then deleted.
Before you close the account, export anything you want to keep from the back office.
If you are a staff member or customer of a business
The business that uses Qavyo controls your data, so ask them first. If you cannot reach them, send the request below with the business’s name and we will pass it on and help them answer you.
Data on a device
Uninstalling Qavyo POS, Qavyo KDS or Qavyo Farm removes the data the app keeps on that device. Unpairing a till or kitchen screen in the back office stops it reaching your business at once.
